Q: Is this a live course, or pre-recorded?
A: Yes, this is a LIVE course, being taught over ZOOM & each activation will go for 1.5-2hrs approx. Please note, that this course is experiential, so having a private space to practice during the rituals is important. You will be moving & making noise :) I always recommend you attend the sessions live, however, if you miss a session or have unavoidable scheduling conflicts, there will be replays available.
Q: This seems like just what I need! Can I join later though?
A: Maybe! I'm not sure when (or if) I'll be running this course again & my curiosity is - why not now? This is just 4 weeks of your life...after which you are going to look & feel absolutely amazing.
